Westford 25th Anniversary

2026 marks the 25th anniversary of CTW’s signature development, Westford, in Canfield Township.

From its inception, Westford was designed as a lifestyle community— a fully integrated campus where people can Live, Work, Shop, and Play all in one destination.

This vision transformed more than 400 acres of undeveloped land into one of the region’s most successful mixed-use developments.

Today, Westford is home to the Kennsington Golf Club & Grille, three Marriott-branded hotels, the Waypoint 4180 banquet and event center, a new Aldi’s marketplace, as well as office and retail space.

Kennsington Golf Course features:

Kennsington is an 18-hole, 7,050-yard, par 71 course
Kennsington features enticing lakes, scenic ravines, along with tree-lined fairways
Bent grass greens and fairways highlight the course
Hole #1 on the right
Strategically placed bunkers highlight the course
Hole #18 on the left and hole #10 on the right
No matter your skill level, five sets of tees ensure a fair outing for every golfer at Kennsington.

Westford continues to grow…
